Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our beauty products, all Kiss Land Beauty purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, shade preference, or products that have been opened or used.

This policy applies to our beauty products and accessories, including lip glosses, lip liners, liquid eyeliners, eyebrow pencils, false lashes, lash adhesive, beauty tools, and pencil sharpeners.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right when applicable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
